In this time of extended trauma we may not only need spiritual help but our emotional and mental health may need help as well.  We should never feel shame in asking for help.  Instead we, as a community of Jesus' disciples, appreciate that you have the humility and courage to ask for help.  If you are feeling overwhelmed or experiencing a crisis here are some resources that are available to help now:
